Expert Witness Reports
ACS Surveyors regularly prepare Expert Witness Reports for clients throughout Lancashire, including Blackburn, Accrington, Clitheroe, Darwen, Burnley, the Ribble Valley and Rossendale. The majority of the Reports which we prepare are commissioned by persons who are not satisified with the quality of work which they have paid to building contractors and are, as a last resort, having to instigate litigation proceedings against them.
ACS Surveyors regularly work closely with both Trading Standards and the Local Police in the role of Expert Witness.
